Victorian silver Rowing Prizes from the Nautilus Club.
A pair of Victorian silver Rowing Prizes in the form of an oar and a rudder, each in its original box, London 1864, by Richards and Brown. The cases are applied with unmarked silver plaques engraved: ‘Nautilus Rowing Club, 1864, Challenge Pairs.’
The minutes for the Nautilus Rowing Club of Ipswich for this period survive in the county archives.
