An unmarked George III silver-handled mother-of- pearl Caddy Spoon, circa 1800. The broad fiddle pattern handle with bevelled edge is very much in the manner of Josiah Snatt of London and has script owner’s initials ‘FR’. The handle is rivetted onto a section of shell, which is shaped at the handle end.
