An intriguing Victorian silver Money Game with enamel cards.
A Victorian silver Game comprising: eight cast money bags and two sets of three playing cards (ace, two,three), the hearts with pink enamel backs and the clubs with yellow enamel backs, London 1889, by CH, perhaps Charles Halford. The sliding lid is engraved with contemporary initials ‘H.A.’
Description
Condition:
Good with minor surface marking to the exterior of the case and some wear to the gilding on the underside of the sliding lid. No damage to the enamel.
