A William III Tazza, the maker’s difficult to read, apparently over-striking another, London 1701. The underside of the plate is engraved: ‘This salver belongs to ye Corporation of Newport, Decmr. 24 1707‘.

Good, of nice colour, with very minor distortion to the rim. The maker’s mark difficult to read.
