A Victorian silver Waiter.

A Victorian engraved Waiter, London 1851, George Richards, engraved with a presentation inscription:
Presented to Mr. James A.B. Hammond of Rushmoor Hambledon Hants with a purse containg £… raised by subscription of his sympathising friends on account of loss in the action of “Aylward v. Hammond” at Winchester Spring Assizes 1858 for the return of a horse fairly sold according to the usual custom of the country but repudiated on a point of law.’
