A novelty silver Match Box Holder, London 1904, by A. Barrett & Sons, the pierced top is engraved with a sleeping pig and ‘Scratch Me‘, the sides are engraved with rural scenes of a famer and a farmer’s wife leading a pig to market. Standing on four small bun feet, it is engraved under the base with the retailer’s name and the address 63 & 64 Piccadilly.
