A late 18th century silver-gilt Bodkin Case.
An unmarked silver-gilt Bodkin Case, circa 1790, engraved all over with spiral bright-cut decoration. The bodkin case is housed in its original green shagreen outer case with velvet lining.

Condition:
Very good overall with some wear to the gilding on the inner sleeve where the lid pulls off.
