A George III silver helmet Sugar Basin, London 1795, by Robert and David Hennell. The panelled body of the basin is decorated with simple engraving and each side is engraved with a contemporary script initial within an elaborate bright-cut cartouche composed of a draped ermine curtain. The interior of the basin is silver-gilt.
