A George III old English pattern silver Tablespoon, London 1778, by George Smith, the back of the bowl engraved: ’19th Octr. 1778. Deodand to Heny. Stephens Esqr. Lord of Whitstone Hundred, Gloucestershire on the Death of Thos. Carter by a fall from his Horse in Frethorne.’
