A George III silver armorial Fob Seal
A George III silver Fob Seal, probably London, circa 1785, struck with a maker’s mark only, ‘IS’, the matrix with the arms of Watkins [Hereford] quartering Whitney.
Note that the images include a ‘mirror’ version of the matrix to show the amrs in the correct order as impressed on wax.

Good with a minor surface mark on the matrix.
