A George III silver Archery prize Medal, 1804, presented by Mme. Crespigny, as Patroness of the Royal Toxophilite Society, to Thomas Greene of Slyne.
Struck with a maker’s mark only.
This medal is accompanied by an oval brass plaque with screw holes, clearly from a wooden box or case, measuring 10.20 x 7.6 x 0.3cm. The plaque is engraved: ‘Thos. Greene Esqr, Slyne, 1816.’
