A 20th century Drink Stirrer, London 1985 by Simone Genevieve Rutherford, the back of the bowl engraved with initials ‘K.T.H’, the shaft engraved ‘Eastington Hall Stirrer.’
In 1985 Eastington Hall was owned by Kerry Hamer, a property developer, and his wife Theresa Hamer. They later divorced and Theresa Hamer was involved in a pyramid investment scheme in the Isle of Wight which collapsed. Theresa Hamer sold Eastington Hall in 1997.
